Let's Work Together full-service staffing agency located in Kitsap County.
Our mission is to find and create opportunities that bridge the gap to employment.

Cleaner
​Deep Cleaner $13-$15/hr (other cleaning position available)

Job Summary
Employees will go into vacated residences/apartments and deep clean in preparation of new residents. Deep-cleaning where all surfaces of the house are cleaned and ready to the expectation of the owner. 


Primary responsibilities
  • Clean homes, apartments, commercial buildings utilizing specific cleaning products and disinfectants.
  • ​Vacuum carpets, sweep and clean vinyl and/or wood floors with appropriate cleaner(s).
  • Clean toilets using a toilet brush with cleaners and disinfectants.

  • Inside and out
  • Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces.
  • Take down and clean vinyl blinds thoroughly and rehang.
  • Clean all wood surfaces to include, but not limited to, cupboards, drawers, and shelves.
  • Thoroughly all windows and mirrors.
  • Remove light fixtures, plugs and light plates, clean them and reinstall them.
  • Deep clean all appliances.
  • Mop, polish, and wax floors.
  • Replace any burnt out light bulbs. 
  • Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings.

Training and cleaning supplies are provided, as well as any equipment needed to do the job.  We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to get on their hands and knees and clean, clean, clean!

Concession workers
​Concession Workers $15.00+ boe

Job Summary

Candidates will be working mostly in Seattle prepping for Seahawk and Sounder home games. We will also assist with concerts and other events as needed. This is not a full-time job, it is usually a few days a week just before the games/events. Working this position you must understand it has various days and times that you will be needed. It requires some flexibility but there is flexibility on our part as well. We are looking for people with Food Handler Cards for the state of Washington and people who have, or able to get, MAST 12 and/or MAST 13 certified as needed.  

 Primary responsibilities 
  • Handle large kegs of beer as requested. 
  • Must be able to lift 175 pounds from floor on and off pallets.
  • Must be flexible to work as needed prepping before the event. 
  • Must be able to stand long hours, usually between 5-8 hours day each day leading up to event. Does vary with events 
  • Must be able to get back and forth to Seattle on your own. No transportation will be reimbursed. This is a voluntary position and you must pay your own Ferry/gas to get there ($8.00 round trip ferry for walk on’s). 
  • Attention to detail when connecting/disconnecting the kegs into the serving system.
  • ​Must understand tapping principles and follow directions to the letter. 
  • Ensure all food and server regulations are followed by yourself and those around you. 
  • Must be able to get along with others and work together as a team to get the job done. 
 
Training is provided so this is a very adaptive position.  We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, work hard hours, and who get along well with others. Must be a team player for sure.

mANUFACTURING
Manufacturing/Production Workers $13-$18/hr DOE and Jobsite location

Job Summary
Manufacturing workers provide labor to various manufacturing facilities in the area. They can be operating machines or just performing labor work. Experience is definitely a plus. They work in sometimes dusty and enclosed environments. They must be situationally aware due to forklifts and other objects moving around them all the time. They must apply all safe working practices as required by OSHA and WISHA standards. Usually must wear PPE depending on the hazards around them. They may work with chemicals, hand tools, read drawings and assemble items with their hands. You will typically be on your feet long hours and must be able to work in a very repetitive environment. 

Primary responsibilities
  • Manufacturing workers use their hands assembling various parts and items for use. 
  • They are be required to use hand tools and other machines to cut, drill and deburr metals.
  • They can be asked to work in a shipping area wrapping and palletizing materials for shipment.
  • Sometime they work in dirty and loud environments.
  • Some positions require you to work in hot and cold environments.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods at a time.
  • Must wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Must be very reliable, above average and have reliable transportation.
  • Teamwork: Manufacturing requires work as a team. 
  • Communication: Manufacturing requires workers to speak clearly, and understand directions, read drawings and blueprints and complete what supervisors co-workers and others request during their work day.
 
Manufacturing workers provide a broad spectrum of duties. They work long hours sometimes and are required to work on the weekend even when necessary.  Due to the nature of manufacturing they must have better than average attendance and be able to be flexible in their hours and shifts.

General Labor
We are hiring Temporary Employees to assist with Packing contents, loading & unloading Moving trucks, from Residential and Commercial locations.
This position is perfect for any that cannot commit to full or part time work. However Full time M-F available.
Must be able to and willing to learn:
  • Physically perform the required work
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Pack contents - experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Team Lifting
  • Will use carts and dolly as needed - experience a plus
  • Able to get your self to assignments
Most shifts are during the week sometimes on the weekends, shifts are typically 8-10 hours.
