We are seeking a detail-oriented entry level and experienced Cleaning Employee to join our company. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning our client’s homes and business properties professionally and timely. We want our Cleaning Technicians to know the proper administration of cleaning chemicals and the effective methods to perform cleaning tasks correctly. Our Cleaning employees it is our expectation that your duties will involve sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc., all assigned areas of client property.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and follow instructions. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner as you are a representative of our company. You must perform all tasks assigned to you and be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor.
Cleaning Technicians Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customers property in a timely and professional manner
  • Review cleaning tasks or list for each property
  • Sanitize and disinfect all high touch surface areas.
  • Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans.

FLAGGING PERSONNEL

Traffic Control Flagger $16.00-$19.00/hr. DOE and location.  Areas we work in: Kitsap, Mason, King, Thurston, and Pierce.

Job Summary
Many traffic control flaggers work as part of a construction/utility crew and divert traffic from or around the work area in a safe manner. A flagger is often expected to assist with creating a safe work zone that ensures traffic stays away from the workers and keep them and the general public safe. This may involve setting up cones and safety barriers to show traffic where to drive, as well as holding up signs telling traffic to stop or proceed slowly as needed. Traffic control flaggers must constantly be aware of both construction/utility traffic and public traffic activity taking place around them.
Primary responsibilities
  • Flaggers must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and understand how to control traffic.
  • Flaggers may be asked to assist with the placement of traffic cones and signs.
  • Flaggers are required to use hand signals to communicate with motorists, workers and fellow flaggers.
  • Flaggers must to be confident enough to stand near or in front of cars.
  • Flagger work in extreme environments. Sometimes in blazing heat, extreme cold, middle of the night, or even in a rainstorm.
  • Flaggers make sure that traffic flows as safely and as efficiently as possible.
  • If motorists do not obey the flaggers signs or hand signals, flaggers may record license plates and report violators to the police.
  • Teamwork: Flaggers work as a team to keep traffic moving, and must be able to work and communicate with others.
  • Communication: Flaggers need to speak clearly, and understand bosses, co-workers and drivers during their work day.

sounders and seahawks Concessions employee

Become a Concession employee paying $19.00 hour + plus tips
Job Summary
Providing concession stand services during Sounder and Seahawk home games. We also assist with concerts and other events as needed. This position is perfect for those that are looking for extra income. This is not a full-time position. Games are generally on the weekends, however there are weekday games.  It requires flexibility, however we can adjust starting times as needed. This position requires you to possess a current Food Handler Cards for the State of Washington, and MAST 12 (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit. These are very easy to obtain online!

 Primary Responsibilities 
  • Assist with setup of Concession stand
  • Clean concession areas as needed throughout the event to ensure safe working conditions. 
  • Must be flexible to work as a server, food handler or cashier as needed throughout the event. 
  • Must be able to stand long hours, usually between 5-8 hours each event. Time varies with each event.
  • Must be able to get back and forth to Lumen Field (Seattle) on your own. No transportation will be reimbursed. This is a voluntary position and you must pay your own Ferry/gas to get there ($8.00 round trip ferry for walk on’s). Parking and lunches are provided.
  • Attention to detail when serving alcohol to not overserve. 
  • Ensure all food and server regulations are followed by yourself and those around you.   
Training is provided so this is a very adaptive position.  Must be a team player!

Manufacturing​
 Manufacturing/Production Workers $16.00-$23.00 hr. Depending On Experience and Jobsite location

Job Summary
Assemble, clean, and operate machines in the manufacturing of small, medium and large products (examples: tables, cabinets, chairs, sporting material, furniture and more. Experience is definitely a plus. The work performed can sometimes be a dusty and enclosed environment. You must be situationally aware due to forklifts and other objects moving around at all times. Must apply all safe working practices as required by OSHA and WISHA standards. Must wear PPE depending on the hazards. Will work with some chemicals, hand tools, read drawings and assemble items with hands. You will typically be on your feet long hours and must be able to work in a very repetitive environment. 

Primary responsibilities
  • Manufacturing workers use their hands assembling various parts and items for use. 
  • Required to use hand tools and other machines to cut, drill and deburr metals.
  • Perform work in a shipping area wrapping and palletizing materials for shipment.
  • Sometimes they work can be dirty and a loud environment (hearing protection provided).
  • Some positions require you to work in hot and cold environments.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods at a time.
  • Must wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Must be very reliable and have transportation.
  • Teamwork: Manufacturing requires work as a team.

Construction Laborers $17.00 to $23.00 hour DOE

​Job Summary
Will perform General Labor in Construction, concrete, excavation, grading, sewer & water and heavy civil.
Laborers work part of a construction crew and perform various tasks depending on assignment.
Will be required to perform duties using hand & power tools, shovel, rake, hammer, level, work on ladders, etc...
No experience is required. However, if you have experience in construction, landscaping or similar trades is helpful.


Primary responsibilities
  • Laborers must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and understand directions.
  • Display an uncompromising focus on safety by properly following company policies and OSHA/WISHA/DOT regulations for safe working procedures and protection of the environment.
  • Ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40 to 50 hours per week. Some weekend and holiday as necessary.
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.
    Must require minimal supervision.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
  • Perform scaffold work, demo work, paint, carpenter helper and more.
  • Work in extreme environments. Sometimes in blazing heat, extreme cold, or even in the rain.
  • Teamwork: must be able to work and communicate with others.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of the days work.

Job Description
We are a staffing company and have a customer that is looking for competent CNC machine operators. Must operate machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. This position is a temporary to hire. Once hired they do have benefits.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform required tasks.
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. (Most of the machines are already set up and your just feeding the materials through the machine.)
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
  • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Requirements
  • Experience as a CNC operator or schooling
  • Skill in using precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
  • Mechanical inclined
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
  • Good communication abilities
Compensation
Pay is based on your experience and ability to perform the required duties. We pay weekly during the evaluation period of time of approximately 13 weeks. Let's Work Together would be your employer during this time. During this time you will be evaluated by the customer to see if you would be a good fit based on your performance and attitude. This also gives you time evaluate if this is where you can see yourself being at for several years. Their is room for growth and advancement. Benefits are offered upon transitioning to permanent position.
Must have reliable transportation and available to work scheduled shift Monday - Friday and work mandatory Overtime on Weekdays and Weekends (flexibility is a must). Will perform work on your feet for long periods time in a warehouse/manufacturing setting. Sturdy and comfortable work boot is recommended.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
